We've become aware of predatory/impersonator accounts pretending to be fewpips staff and sending direct messages to our community.
**Official fewpips policy: we will NEVER DM you first.**
• fewpips staff and admins do **not** send unsolicited direct messages.
• We will **never** ask for your password, login/funding details, payment, or personal information over DM.
• Any DM offering "verification", a giveaway, support, or a special deal that claims to be from fewpips is a **scam**.
**What to do if you get one:**
• Do not reply, do not click any links, do not send money or details.
• Right-click the account → **Report**, then let us know in this server.
• Trust **only** announcements posted here by our verified staff roles.

3 · Where to post & pin
Recommended placement (adjust to the actual server structure):
#announcements — post the short version and pin it. Best long-term visibility.
#general / main community chat — post the full version so active members see it in feed.
Any #support / #help channel — pin the short version (impersonators target users seeking help).
CONFIRM (channel names): the exact Discord channels weren't specified in the task. Confirm the target channels — default plan above assumes #announcements, #general, and a #support-type channel. Send the exact channel names (or "use the defaults") and I'll finalize.
4 · Removing the impersonators — mod procedure
Requires a Discord admin/mod with Manage Members permission — do this right after posting the warning.
Open Server Settings → Members and sort by Join date (newest first).
Search the member list for accounts using variations of the brand name / staff names: fewpips, few pips, few-pips, fewpips support, fewpips admin, fewpips team, and look-alikes of real staff handles (Nick, Veljko, Dj) and copies of official avatars.
Watch for classic impersonation tells: no or fake staff role, 0–low messages, recently joined, avatar/name cloned from a real staff member, off-by-one character tricks (e.g. capital I for lowercase l, extra dot, zero for "o").
Before removing: screenshot each impersonator's profile (username + user ID + avatar) for the record — this becomes the "removed accounts" list.
Ban (not just kick) each confirmed impersonator so they can't rejoin, and delete their recent messages via the ban dialog.
If any DM'd real members, note it so those members can be warned/blocked.
Tip: real fewpips staff should carry a distinct, colored staff role so members can always tell who's genuine — call this out if roles aren't clearly set up.
5 · Removed-accounts report — fill in while removing

6 · What's needed to close the task
The runner has no Discord credentials for the fewpips server, so it cannot post, pin, enumerate members, kick/ban, or screenshot a live post. The copy above is final and ready; the two remaining items need a Discord admin (Veljko / Djordje):

Send both back and the CRM task is complete.
